Come one, Come all! Wednesday is Black Forest Hill's first ever Talent Show. It will be from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. There will be a concession stand and all proceeds will go to the Make a Wish Foundation. We hope to see you there!
In fifth grade we are working on a Social Change writing project. Be sure to ask your child which social change or social justice project they are writing about.
We are also starting our last Science unit which is Weather. At times during this unit we would like our kids to watch a local/national weather report. We want to give you a heads up so that you can be ready and watch with them.
We are in the 2nd week of experimenting for the Science fair projects. Your kiddos should be conducting their experiments. They need to be observing and collecting data in their notebooks. Taking pictures is also a great idea.

February 21st 5th grade parent information/elective fair night at Fox Ridge Middle School.
February 27th Science Fair projects on display in the library/ student led conferences
May 9th 5th graders will visit Fox Ridge Middle School in the morning for a tour of the school.
